2. Daily Prayer while taking Bath

गङ्गे च यमुने चैव गोदावरि सरस्वति ।
नर्मदे सिन्धु कावेरि जलेऽस्मिन् संनिधिं कुरु ॥

Meaning:
1: O Holy Rivers Ganga and Yamuna, and also Godavari and Saraswati,
2: O Holy Rivers Narmada, Sindhu and Kaveri; Please be Present in this Water (and make it Holy).

3. Daily Prayer while getting up in the morning

समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वतस्तनमण्डले ।
विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्वमे ॥

Meaning:
1: (Oh Mother Earth) O Devi, You Who have the Ocean as Your Garments, and Mountains as Your Bosom,
2: O Consort of Lord Vishnu, Salutations to You; Please Forgive my Touch of the Feet (on Earth, which is Your Holy Body).

4. कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मिः करमध्ये सरस्वति ।
करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ॥

Meaning:
1: At the Top of the Hand (i.e. Palm) Dwell Devi Lakshmi and at the Middle of the Hand Dwell Devi Saraswati,
2: At the Base of the Hand Dwell Sri Govinda; Therefore one should Look at one's Hands in the Early Morning and contemplate on Them.


5.   Asana Puja

ॐ पृथ्वि त्वया धृता लोका
देवि त्वं विष्णुना धृता ।
त्वं च धारय मां देवि
पवित्रं कुरु चासनम् ॥
Om Prthvi Tvayaa Dhrtaa Lokaa
Devi Tvam Vissnnunaa Dhrtaa |
Tvam Ca Dhaaraya Maam Devi
Pavitram Kuru Ca-[A]asanam ||

Meaning:
1: Om, O Prithivi Devi, by You are borne the entire Loka (World); And Devi, You in turn are borne by Sri Vishnu,
2: Please hold me (on Your lap), O Devi, and make this Asana (seat of the worshipper) Pure.


6. Ghanta Puja

आगमार्थं तु देवानां गमनार्थं तु रक्षसाम् ।
घण्टारवं करोम्यादौ देवताह्वान लाञ्छनम् ॥
Aagama-Artham Tu Devaanaam Gamana-Artham Tu Rakssasaam |
Ghannttaa-Ravam Karomya[i-A]adau Devata[a-A]ahvaana Laan.chanam ||

Meaning:
1: For the purpose of Inviting the Devas (Divine Forces) and for the purpose of Driving out the Rakshasas (Evil Forces) ...
2: ... I make the Sound of Ghanta (Bell) in the beginning as a mark (of auspiciousness) associated with the Invitation of the Devatas (Divine Forces) (and removal of Evil influences)


7. Sankha Puja

शङ्खं चन्द्रार्क दैवत्यं मध्ये वरुण दैवतम् ।
पृष्ठे प्रजापति विद्यात् अग्रे गङ्गा सरस्वती ॥
Shangkham Candra-Arka Daivatyam Madhye Varunna Daivatam |
Prsstthe Prajaapati Vidyaat Agre Ganggaa Sarasvatii ||

Meaning:
1: In Shankha (Conch) abides the Chandra (Moon) and Arka (Sun) Devatas, and in its middle the Varuna Devata,
2: On its back abides Prajapati and on its front Ganga and Saraswati; One should know this (i.e. look at Shankha in this way),


त्वं पुरा सागरोत्पन्नः विष्णुना विधृतः करे ।
पूजितः सर्व देवैश्च पाञ्चजन्य नमोऽस्तु ते ॥
Tvam Puraa Saagaro[a-U]tpannah Vissnnunaa Vidhrtah Kare |
Puujitah Sarva Devaish-Ca Paan.cajanya Namo-[A]stu Te ||

Meaning:
1: In former times You rose from the Sea and was held by Vishnu in His Hand,
2: You are worshipped by all the Devas; Salutations to Panchajanya,

कला कला हि देवानां दानवानां कला कला: ।
संगृह्य निर्मितो यस्मात्कलशस्तेन कथ्यते ॥१॥
Kalaa Kalaa Hi Devaanaam Daanavaanaam Kalaa Kalaa: |
Samgrhya Nirmito Yasmaat-Kalashas-Tena Kathyate ||1||

Meaning:
1.1: (By collecting) each Kala (Divine Part) of the Devas (Gods), and (by collecting) each Kala (Good Part) of the Danavas, ...
1.2: ... What is built by assembling them, (that aggregation of Divine Parts) is called Kalasha,



9. Navagraha mantra

Om Namah Sooryaya Chandraya Mangalaya Budhaya Cha
Guru Shukra Shanibhyascha Raahave Ketave Namo Namaha ||

(My Salutations to Soorya (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Mangala (Mars) and Budha (Mercury). I also salute Guru (Jupiter), Shukra (Venus), Shani (Saturn) as well as Rahu and Ketu.)

ॐ ऐं क्लीं सोमाय नमः ||
ॐ हूं श्रीं भौमाय नमः ||
